One World - One Breath: 100 of Cities over 70 Nations! - all on one day!

Come and celebrate this special annual event locally, as we connect globally with fellow T’ai Chi & Qigong enthusiasts. Together we perform these beneficial and joyful moving meditations. This ambitious and profound event has brought people together across ethnic, racial, religious, and geopolitical borders since 1999!

All are welcome! Begin the morning with a cup of tea served Gong Fu-style to help awaken and circulate the Qi. Then, perform a simple and accessible set of classic Qigong movements, appropriate for beginning through advanced level T’ai Chi & Qigong students. Accommodations will be made for a variety of fitness levels.
