This amusing, approachable entry point into seeing the world more clearly for yourself is for all levels, ages 18+. Taught primarily through meditation, it's a journey of healing yourself first in order to get to a place of neutrality and wonderment. Through a series of meditative tools, some conversation, this workshop will leave you feeling rejuvenated and curious, even more confident in abilities you didn’t think you had— but you do.
