Info: An all-electric mobile science lab staffed with trained scientists who teach visitors about energy and sustainability programs using interactive lab tools and microscopes.

Family Nature Walks
Info: Guided nature walk along our boardwalk to the pond and salt marsh at 11am, 12pm & 1pm . We’ll look for local birds and other wildlife and learn about our local ecosystems.

Animal Encounters
Info: Enjoy an up-close look at 3 live animals! 30-minute presentations at 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm & 2:30pm will include a mammal, bird, and reptile which children can observe and touch .

Discovery Table
Info: Spend a few minutes at APEC’s Discovery Table. Inspect a bird’s nest, touch a turtle carapace or compare the textures of different mammal pelts. Staff will be there to answer any science questions!
