Summer Solstice Expressions

Life’s Essence Products and Liberated Lands are coming together to create an event that aligns with both of our values for collective liberation for the people and the planet. Together we have designed Summer Solstice Expressions:

Community gardens are the backbone of freedom movements within the city. Summer Solstice Expressions is a community garden gathering to center joy, healing, and connection.

The event schedule includes play and political education to aid powerful spirtial expression and community building.

During the day, this gathering will be a safe space for attendees to connect to the inner child with movement, creativity and wonder. We invite our community to acknowledge plants as our kin and allies to fortify collective change. During the evening, dinner guests are invited to engage with literature and deep discussion about how to free ourselves from hate and oppression.

The evening will end with an interactive drumming and dance circle, embodying our ancestors.

Leaning on solidarity economy principles, Summer Solstice expressions will utilize a tier system entry model for our evening activities. Tickets help cover the cost of labor.

Tier One Day Tickets are offered at 50% off the full cost of participation. This tier is recommended for people with an annual income under 50K:
