The Holyoke Bike and Pedestrian Committee and partners invite you to the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims on Friday, November 13th, 2026, 3-4 pm in front of Holyoke City Hall 536 Dwight Street, Holyoke, MA 01040.
The World day of Remembrance is a global event held every November to honor those who have lost their lives or been impacted by roadway crashes. This day also serves as a crucial opportunity for governments and those working in road safety to demonstrate the scale and impact of road-related deaths and injuries and to advocate for immediate action to end this public health crisis.
The Theme / Focus of the Day of Remembrance this year is "Investing in safety rather than speed, and advocating for safer street design, speed limits, and traffic enforcement."
