What to Expect in This Class


This American Red Cross (ARC) BLS CPR Certification class is designed for anyone who needs BLS/CPR certification for work, school, or compliance purposes.

You’ll complete all required online courses, hands-on skills testing and instructor-led training.



What You’ll Learn
  • High-Quality CPR for Healthcare Providers: Master the precision of chest compressions, including exact depth, compression-to-ventilation ratios, and proper chest recoil for adults, children, and infants.

Note: As a professional-level course, the BLS curriculum focuses exclusively on life-sustaining cardiac and respiratory interventions. It does not include basic First Aid (such as bandaging or burn care).

  • Team Dynamics & Coordination: Learn effective multi-rescuer team response, including clear communication and role assignment during a cardiac arrest or medical code.
  • Professional Airway Management: Advanced techniques for using Bag-Valve-Mask (BVM) Resuscitators and pocket masks to provide optimal ventilation.
  • Rapid Defibrillation: Safe and efficient integration of an AED in professional clinical or pre-hospital settings.
  • Professional Choking Relief: Advanced techniques for clearing foreign-body airway obstructions in patients of all ages.
