We will explore:

A lively workshop to help you dance Vals with more freedom, elegance, and fun.
Workshop 2 Technique, Styling & Musical Expression
Explore how to bring more confidence, comfort, elegance, and authenticity into your tango. This workshop focuses on posture, balance, connection, musicality, and expression, helping you develop a dance that feels both natural and expressive.
Focus on connection, musicality, quality of movement, interpretation of the music, elegance within the embrace, and developing a richer dialogue between partners.
Workshop 3
Cost: TBC
Advance booking only
There is free parking at the venue.
We will be going out for a meal at the Cricketers - everyone welcome but you must book with me - so I can confirm nunbers
a 2 course Sunday Roast is around £22 - drinks are extra
About Raquel
Raquel Greenberg is an internationally recognised Argentine Tango teacher, performer, choreographer, event organiser, and retreat creator with over 28 years of dance and tango experience. She spent 10 years living, performing, and teaching in Buenos Aires
Based in London, she is the founder of Raquel Tango Academy, the creator of Crete Tango Escape.. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with and shared the stage, classroom, and projects with some of tango’s most renowned artists, including Pablo Verón, as well as many of the leading figures of both traditional and contemporary Argentine tango.
Her teaching combines the elegance and depth of traditional tango with the creativity and innovation of modern tango, focusing on musicality, connection, technique, body awareness, and expressive movement. Known for her clear and inspiring teaching style, she helps dancers develop confidence, freedom, and a deeper understanding of the dance.

Please help us keeping everyone healthy. In line with the Government Advice, we have lifted all the restrictions re COVID. However, we ask that you DO NOT attend if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive. We encourage washing hands regularly & provide hand sanitiser at all times. All attendance is at 'own risk'.
