The UKC Senior Center is hosting Corey Williams of Tamarack Physical Therapy. Tuesday September 17th, 2025 at 4:00-5:00pm
Corey Williams, a licensed physical therapist with 23 years of experience, will present an educational workshop focused on pelvic floor health and wellness.
Williams, who specializes in pelvic floor therapy at Tamarack Physical Therapy in Cle Elum, will cover essential topics including basic pelvic floor anatomy, healthy bowel and bladder habits, and simple exercises that participants can incorporate into their daily routines.
"Understanding your pelvic floor and how to care for it is crucial for overall health and quality of life," said Williams. "This workshop will provide practical tools that people can use immediately to improve their pelvic floor health through simple, effective exercises and lifestyle adjustments."
