Join Healing Harmony and Wild Rose Yoga to celebrate the Fall Equinox with a grounding sound bath.
✨ This 90-minute session honors the transition from light to dark, grounding your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Experience the vibrational healing of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, vocals, and drums as you renew your connection to self and spirit.
✨The session includes a guided meditation, and a unique sound journey, and ends with a moment of deep rest and relaxation.
✨ Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will make you comfortable such as a blanket, eye pillow, and yoga mat (if you do not have these items, they will be provided for you).
