You already hold space beautifully. This workshop is about trusting your voice when the room gets quiet. Designed for yoga teachers and other wellness professionals, this experience supports those who want to integrate meditation more confidently into their existing offerings—without needing to sound “perfect,” poetic, or scripted. Join Certified Meditaton Coach and Guide Stef Bourke for this 90 minute immersion into all things meditation. We’ll explore how to lead meditation in a way that feels grounded, authentic, and sustainable for you.
Through short teaching segments, guided practice, and gentle feedback, you’ll learn how to structure meditations, work skillfully with silence, cue breath and awareness, and respond with ease when the mind (yours or theirs) wanders.
