🙌Guided Meditation: Led by me🤗, this session will help you centre your thoughts, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Whether you’re new to meditation or have a regular practice, the guidance will be accessible to all levels. The meditation will be with a surprise theme to be able to dive deeper and to connect with your soul ,mind and body on a deeper level.
🎶Sound Bath Therapy: Following the meditation, you'll be immersed in a soothing sound bath. Using instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, rain stick, shamanic drum , the harmonic vibrations will wash over you, helping to release tension, balance energy, and promote deep relaxation.
💫This event is perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, boost mental clarity, or simply take time for themselves. Bring anything that makes you feel comfortable as you relax and recharge in this peaceful environment.
