Listening to the voice within. Allowing your body and mind to express itself through inherent movement. Letting your body speak. In silence and to music. Both, guided and free. When we don’t express what we feel or act in a way that is not in line with what we actually want, when we deal with feelings like anger, sadness, fear or shame and don’t express them in any way, the energy of those emotions can „get stuck in our system“.
Over time this can add up, leading to an overloaded nervous system, causing chronic unconscious stress, which is, among others, one of the root causes of physical and mental illnesses.
Letting the body move freely is one very effective way of giving it the chance to express what it wants or needs to express. In this workshop, I'd like to explore the "moldability of the psychological and physiological body armor" with you. Together, we'll go on a discovery journey to let experiences which might be "stuck" in your body through by allowing spontaneous movement to unfold.
No meditation experience or any specific movement, dance ect. experience required. Just curiosity.
