This special first public screening of excerpts from a new film by Greg Mitchell, narrated by Rosanne Cash, is the kickoff benefit for Rivertown Film Society’s 2026 Reserve Fund fundraising drive. Proceeds to this event and donations earmarked for the Reserve Fund will be matched up to $10,000 by private donor.
Director Greg Mitchell will present extended clips from this timely film and then joins a discussion with Woody’s granddaughter Anna Canoni and Daniel Wolff, author of “Grown-Up Anger: The Connected Mysteries of Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie, and the Calumet Massacre of 1913.”
