About this Event
This hour of skill sharing is for LMS members who've taken BASICS: Woodworking - Saws & Blades and BASICS Woodworking - planer, sander and jointer.
This is an informal meetup for members to spend an hour on a piece of equipment to share or sharpen their knowledge together. While it's not a class, its a great time to recall how to safely operate equipment in the woodshop with a different focus every month. January's focus will be on the table saw. Members can gain confidence changing blades, ripping boards and using the fence & jigs. This special monthly opportunity is hosted by two wonderful LMS woodshop volunteers, Bill and Miranda!
While this skill share hour is free for members, space is limited, so please grab your ticket to reserve your space. The first meeting members will set an agenda, brush up their skills and pick a focus for the next skill share meet up in February. Come with your questions and suggestions!
