A walk along the woodlands valley with a refreshing dip in a waterfall on the way. You'll learn how to read moving water, how to immerse in cold water and what you need to think about when dipping in the wilds. Suitable for complete beginners to wild swimming as well as those looking to explore beyond their usual spots. Cake and recommended kit list included, watershoes/gloves and changing towels also available. Approx 7km with 300m elevation gain. Maximum 6 participants. £45pp
