Meeting at Bevendean Community Garden, join Hannah from Inspired by Nature and Star Songs Harp for a mini retreat in a Bevendean Community Garden, at the foot of the South Downs.
Drawing on Forest Bathing techniques during our settling in walk, you will be invited to take in the sights, sounds, and aromas of the nature reserve before returning back to the garden.
Next will be the sound bath which will take place outdoors in Bevendean Community Garden, surrounded by trees and birdsong.
You will be invited to get yourself comfortable with a cushion and a blanket, ready to relax into the beautiful music of the sound bath.
Star Songs Harp will talk us through what to expect and then guide you on a musical journey whose melodies weave together threads of relaxation, contemplation, and calm. Played gently, the music can reach deep places within, offering moments of insight and a shift in the mind. Welcome the vibrations as they wash over you on this restorative sound journey.
Following the sound bath, there will be refreshments and time to reflect. There will be an invitation to offer gratitude, in a quiet way, through nature journaling or creative expression (materials provided).
This mini-retreat offers a wonderful opportunity to slow down the mind and deepen your connection with nature and yourself.
