Join us at Yoga Wakefield for a Women's Wellness day of Yoga and Nutrition with our “ Autumn Revival “
We will start the day at:
10am with our first class of the day:
" An Energising Vinyasa Flow Class "
Vinyasa Flow is a name given to a yoga flow which contains Sun Salutations, a flow which is also always moving from one position to the other.
The Class is suitable for all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced Yogi.
10.45am Juice Break, Homemade by Karen
11.00am We have our Nutrition Expert, who will be doing a mini wellness check for all our ladies including free blood pressure check and making sure you are all set up for the winter.

Midday: Lunch ( Nutritious Plant Based Light Lunch )
We will be taking our lunch outside in our new Zen garden, its also a chance to get to know your fellow yogis and have a little social time too.
1pm: Meditation and Mindfullness
1.45pm Yin Yoga, a much slower paced Yoga, Yin is when we hold the positions much longer in a deeper stretch with the use of props, blankets, bolsters and Yoga Bricks, its a wonderful relaxing but active practice.
2.30pm Juice Break (Homemade by Karen)
2.45pm Yoga Nidra, always a favourite at yoga Wakefield, a complete blissful relaxation when we lie in complete stillness in a long shavasana.
3.30pm Tea/Coffee and Cake
4pm Close
