“ PELVIC FLOOR HEALTH “
A topic that is often pushed under the carpet as women don’t simply want to talk about it, but I often get asked after class and hear women’s concerns and it’s so sad that information isn’t freely given by health professionals.

One of the biggest concerns women have during peri menopause through to post menopause is the change in the pelvic floor area.
I often hear statements like:
“ I feel like things have shifted, and dropped “ painful intercourse “
Often a feeling of heaviness can be described, semi prolapse experience and prolapse.
Often women feel like surgery is the only option once they get to the semi prolapse stage but there is so much that can be done through our pelvic health programme.
Through some regular MENOYOGA practice your pelvic floor can dramatically change and there is so much we can cover on this topic alone.
Even if you arnt a Menopausal woman and have some concerns re: your pelvic floor then this workshop is something that could certainly benefit.
