Join us for a relaxed and welcoming yoga practice, suitable for all abilities and ideal to prepare you for the week ahead.
About this Event

Yogalithic's sessions are inclusive, suitable for beginners and all bodies - focusing on understanding mobility in joints, building strength and helping you move better through the day. Learn techniques for managing stresses on the body and mind and put a smile into your Monday.

Classes are £7 to drop in or £5 for members of Ackworth Road Runners, payable on the night in cash or via BACS (ask for details).

Feel free to bring a blanket to get cosy for relaxation!
