Women’s Summer Solstice Circle -

Join Rhana and Chrissy for a beautiful 4-hour women’s circle on Wednesday 17th June from 1pm–4pm at WEST on the Green, Glasgow.
As we move towards this year’s Summer Solstice — a time of light, expansion, abundance and reflection — we invite you into a gentle space centred around nervous system healing, cyclical living, and the sacredness of womanhood.
This circle has been created for women who are longing to slow down, reconnect to themselves, and feel held in community. Together we will create a safe and nurturing environment to soften, surrender, and honour the different seasons within ourselves.
Throughout the afternoon we will explore:
• Opening circle & intention setting
• Gentle, nourishing yoga
• Guided meditation & nervous system grounding
• Creative expression through art
• Connection, conversation & community
• Space to simply rest, reflect and be
No experience is needed — just come exactly as you are.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, or simply craving deeper feminine connection, this space is here to welcome you home to yourself.
Please bring: a journal, water bottle, cosy layers, your fine self & anything that helps you feel comfortable.
