Join us for this month's Women's Circle hosted by the lovely Tracy of Talking Spirit.Is your mind quiet enough to hear your inner intuition? In this session, you will learn a beautiful yet simple way of connecting back to your own soul and intuition. A technique Tracy has used for many years since creating Talking Spirit in 2007, to really begin to understand how powerful and knowledgeable you are!
This workshop will include:
-Palo Santo smudging and setting your intentions
-Sitting in the Power guided meditation to connect to your soul
-Recognise & release any limiting beliefs with a visualisation
-Listening to and trusting your inner guidance
-Colour and energy visualisations to power up your life
