Women’s Circle

Step into a warm, welcoming space where women gather to reconnect—with themselves and with one another.

Hosted by Dr. Eve Seagal, a life and relationship coach with a doctorate in psychology and years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, this weekly circle offers a grounded and heart-centered approach to personal growth.

Each gathering is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and explore the deeper layers of who you are—emotionally, relationally, and intuitively.

• Guided self-reflection and meaningful conversation
• Gentle teachings inspired by Human Dynamics and emotional awareness
• Connection exercises to deepen understanding of self and others
• A supportive, non-judgmental space for sharing (or simply listening)
• Grounding practices such as breathwork, light meditation, or journaling
