Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome at this vinyasa flow that is a space for people of any and all abilities. we focus on connecting the body and the breath; bringing expanse to the muscles and the mind while grounding in the present moment.

Guided by an E-RYT500 Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor; this is a donation based, community yoga practice. No one is turned away for ability or desire to pay.Class is held at the Joshua Tree RV Campground and runs about 45 minutes.
