Empower Her Community has joined forces with Lorna Jane to create a morning built for exactly one thing: giving you the space to properly stop. This is two hours to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and connect with a room of incredible local Auckland women, so you leave calmer, clearer, and better equipped for whatever's next.
What to Expect
Connection with self
On arrival, fill your water bottle at our hydration station from Daeli, sugar free electrolytes to set you up for the morning ahead. Then settle into gentle yoga followed by a sound bath, real time to switch off, breathe, and properly arrive before anything else begins.
Connection with others
Once the sound bowls go quiet, the morning opens up and you're free to explore Mosaic. Shop the Lorna Jane pop up with exclusive event only discounts, get a personal tarot card reading, have a go on the golf simulator, and unwind with refreshments from ANTHEA's non-alcoholic botanic spritz range. Throughout it all, connect with a room full of incredible Auckland women.
