Women's Warrior Self-Defense (4 Classes)

This program is a life-changer! Our Women's Warrior Program is a four class, hands-on, women's self defense program. The program is split up into four, 90-minute classes that can be completed once per week. Classes start on the first Sunday and first Wednesday of each month, your choice, and continue to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sunday/Wednesday of each month. You can attend whichever day is most convenient for you. Classes must be taken in order and missed classes can be taken the following month. Students have 3 months to complete the program once they begin. Call for group rates 904-655-7772.

The classes are structured as follows:

(1st Sunday/Wednesday) Level I-Risk Reduction Strategies, The Defensive and Criminal Mindset, Vulnerable Targets, Personal Weapons, Fight Stance, Devastating Strikes, Defense Against Strangulation, Stranger/Non-Stranger Attacks and more.

(2nd Sunday/Wednesday) Level II-Review of Level I Techniques, Blocks, Advanced Strikes, Combinations, Defense Against Hair Pulls, Defense Against Head Locks, Intro to Ground Defense and more.

(3rd Sunday/Wednesday) Level III-Review of Level I & II Techniques, Advanced Strikes, Dealing With Front and Rear Bear Hugs, Combinations, Advanced Ground Defense and more.

(4th Sunday/Wednesday) Level IV-Review of Level I, II & III Techniques, Then it's time to suit up and bring all your new skills together during a realistic simulated attack scenario. During the attack scenario, students will get to apply their new skills to fight through fear, adrenaline and the unknown to stop the attack and allow for escape.

• For the safety and comfort of all of our students, males are not able to stay in the building during class.
• As we strive to provide the highest quaity educational experience for our students, class may sometimes run over the scheduled end time.
• Refunds given with notice at least 7 days prior to the class. If less than 7 days notice given, a class credit can be issued for a future class.
• Class is $199.99 plus $13.80 Eventbrite service fee. Eventbrite fees are not refundable.
• This course is a prerequisite for Warrior's Fight Club .
