About this Event
Are you ready to become your own best protector? Your journey to safety, confidence and empowerment begins here! Our IMPACT Class provides an amazing foundation for women's self-defense. This hands-on, reality-based defensive course is taught in an empowering and safe environment while covering: Risk Reduction Strategies, The Defensive and Criminal Mindset, Vulnerable Targets, Personal Weapons, Fighting Stance, Devastating Strikes, Defense Against Strangulations, Stranger/Non-Stranger Attacks and so much more!
- This class is for females ages 11 and over.
- For the safety and comfort of our students, males may not attend during class.
- Larger classes may run over the scheduled end time.
- Refunds with at least 7 days notice or a credit can be issued for a future class.
- Class is $89.99 plus $7.11 Eventbrite Service Fee. Eventbrite fees are not refundable.
