Women's Somatic Healing Event

Gather once a month for 3 hours with a group of intentional women in somatic expression and self-discovery. Here, the body is brought back to life as traumatic events are honored and emotional weight is released. This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with yourself as a woman — attuning to your nervous system and deepening your inner truth through embodied presence. Through diverse somatic modalities and reflective exercises, you enter a playful and sacred container of healing and integration

You will learn: (to meet yourself on a Soul level.)
- how your nervous system responds to stress/threat.
- how to move through trauma with diverse somatic modalities.
- how to navigate your unconscious psyche and confront shadow material.
- the wisdom of the body.

-Journal/Pen
-Pillow/blanket
-Water
Please arrive 5 minutes early, parking may be difficult being that it's on the main street in Nevada City!
This is a recurring event, each workshop will slightly change given the somatic practice we do but the psycho-soma-spiritual structure remains!
