In this space, we explore psychological constructs and how emotions manifest in the body through Bioenergetics, Dance, and Breathwork. The container is designed for intentional expression and honest integration. Here, you will meet wounded parts, release emotional burdens, and dissolve patterns of muscular rigidity—all to connect with deeper wisdom and embody your living spirit. If you are a woman who can no longer deny her repressed emotional life and craves the freedom of an integrative, playful existence, I invite you into this creative experience.
Dates/Times for Group 1:
Sundays, 1:30-3:30pm
March - April: 3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/27 (skipping easter April 20)
You can register for other groups, preparing for this event week ahead of time by sending an email to save your spot
- Group 2: May 4 - June 1 (skipping Mothers Day May 11)
- Group 3: June 8 - 29th (skipping Fathers Day June 15)
Somatic Class Overview:
- Week 1 Earth: Meet yourself & ground into your body with trauma release.
- Week 2 Water: Open to honest emotions with dance & pulsation techniques.
- Week 3 Fire: Express healthy aggression with bioenergetic release.
-Week 4 Air: Receive love and connection with conscious breath.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat, journal, pen, water and blanket for comfort.
Please arrive on time. The doors open at 1:30pm and close at 1:40pm.

It's recommended you attend the full series, beginning and ending with the same Group of women to get the most out of the somatic work but if the time or dates don't accomodate your schedule you can drop into a class and still recieve a powerful experience.
