We’d like to invite you to join us for our Renewal Retreat!We are closing registration on April 20th!
May 4-5, 2024!
This is for you if you are in need of a renewal of mind, body and spirit. This life is so chaotic and we have to increase our pace to keep up with all the things. This is a time to unwind, be with like-minded people and enjoy your time going within.
If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed and like you need to push the pause button and get back to you, re-create some self love and self care practices and have clarity on what is most important to you at this time.
This retreat will focus on new beginnings and cultivating and nurturing your creativity and plans for your future.
Vegetarian, gluten free meals made by an amazing chef are included!
Saturday:
10-10:30 intros, meet your soul sisters
10:30-11:45 Yoga and breathwork for releasing and renewing. Stepping into a more grounded, present, here in this moment you. Our power lies in the present moment + somatic work.
12 Lunch
1-2:30pm Creative Project-Activate the 2nd Chakra
Soul Time-journal, nap, chill, walk the grounds. Rest is an important part of the retreat. As a society we often feel guilty for resting.
5:30 Dinner
7pm Evening under the stars, empowerment practices, sharing around the fire, dancing, cacao ceremony
Somatic Practice-emotions get stuck in our bodies and cause dis-ease. Through Somatic (somatic means body) practices we will be moving through what no longer serves us + learn tools you can use whenever things come up to not get stuck.
Sunday:
8am Breakfast
9-10:30am Yoga and Chi Gong for stepping into your empowered next evolution.
10:30-take a walk through the grounds, or an after yoga nap
11:15 Manifesting Integration-Accessing Your Inner Power to create what you want. We will finish our wonderful weekend with take home action plan to keep all the good energy with you after the retreat. We often go back into our day to day life and forget it all. This will help you stay in touch with what you want and continue to create that in your life.
12:15 Lunch
1pm Closing circle ceremony
