Throughout history, singing bowls have been used around the world to foster meditation, relaxation, prayer and mind-body-spirit wellness. In this session with Kathy Broghammer at Prairiewoods (120 East Boyson Road in Hiawatha), we will let the resonant sounds of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls relax the entire body and create a pathway for clearer connection with the divine. We will be invited to just receive and breathe. The cost is $10, and registration is required by noon.
