Women's Only Winter Solstice Meditation

As the longest night of the year approaches, join me for a special gathering to honor the turning of the season. Together, we’ll reflect on the gifts of stillness, set intentions for the months ahead, and welcome the returning light.

This gentle, guided meditation and reflective time will create space for peace, connection, and renewal in the midst of winter’s embrace.

The evening will include:

1. Two guided sitting (i.e., meditation) blocks

2 . Reflections and Intention ceremony

3 . Snacking and connecting with like-mineded women
