This new moon in Aquarius is a time to refresh and set intentions. Coming together and activating our divine feminine energy as a group of powerful like minded women, will make this new moon so empowering!! Aquarius energy urges us to create and get out of our comfort zones by following our intuition.
During this women’s circle:
- cacao ceremony
- Guided meditation
- Group reflection
- Intention setting / journaling
- Releasing and grounding with dance
Also hiii I’m Alma, I will be hosting this women’s circle. I am a shadow work mentor and Aphrodite devotee. I create workshops and courses online for women to unleash their divine feminine energy to step into their true powerful selves unapologetically. I have hosted a few in person women’s circles and a lot online. This is the first circle I’m hosting in Nanaimo and I’m so excited!
Let’s come together for this new moon to start the year off magically with intention and the power of community 🥰
Please bring:
- yoga mat and/or blanket
- Mug for the cacao
- Journal
- Something to offer for our altar in the middle (I’m bringing candles, flowers and crystals, and of course welcome more of those or anything you feel intuitively pulled to bring!)
