The 21 Stages of Meditation is comprised of three Journeys over five days.
Journey One- The Crystallized Self (From Upset to the Experience of Self)
Journey Two-The Expressive Self (From Rasa to Self-Expression)
Journey Three- The Transcendent Self (From Presence to the Infinite Pulse)
