Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are unable to attend and do not inform us in advance, it will be considered a no-show. Our no-show policy is as follows:
