Women's Group: Intuitive Led Meditation.

Join me as I expand my meditation practice—moving from one-on-one guidance into shared experiences in community of women.

Faith is a licensed mental health therapist who has led intuitively guided meditations for the past five years and has been publishing her work on the Insight Timer Meditation App for the last six months. She discovered her gift for guiding others through meditation on her own healing journey, where she also began to recognize and devlop her intuitive abilities. Rooted in lived experience, inner wisdom, and ritual work, Faith creates meditations designed to support others as they navigate their own paths of growth and healing.

I will include a collective tarot card pull that will help guide the meditation.

We will be meeting on the beach in Redondo Beach. Walk down the ramp at Avenue I and go left of the lifeguard station.
