Guided Meditation & Sound Bath - South Bay

On Wednesday nights we add guided meditations to our signature sound bath. The themes change weekly:

Beginning with brief breath work and a soothing guided meditation and followed by a sound bath that includes Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, Native American flute and more. You will relax into a meditative brain wave state that soothes your mind, body, and soul.

Doors open 5-10 minutes early to settle in and we will begin at the scheduled time.

Please bring the items you need to lie down comfortably for an hour, including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
