Women's Grounding Slow Flow
About this Event
Choose you. This women's practice combines Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. In slow flow we move at a slower pace through poses, with the aim to calm the mind and body. Postures are held for several breaths, allowing for deeper exploration and sensation.
Led by certified trauma-informed instructor. All levels welcome.
