Women's Empowerment Event

• Have you experienced years of negative self-talk, and would like to break the cycle?
• Do you want to understand how best to care for your skin and body as you age?
• Do you want to update your wardrobe to suit who you are now, but aren't sure how?

Many women reach midlife and take a look at themselves, realising that they have changed and are unsure how to deal with this 'new' version of themselves. It's natural that we change as we age, and it's nothing to be scared of! We just need to learn how we can adapt and work with who we are now.

Bringing together some experts in their industries to guide you through midlife, this Women's Empowerment Event will help you to:

• change your mindset
• improve your confidence, self-belief, and self-love
• support your body as it navigates the menopause
• curate your own style for your 40's and beyond
• revise and update your skincare and make-up know-how

This event is being run in conjunction with Jade Tinkler Photography's 40 over 40 Project Exhibition. The gallery is open until 4pm on the day of the Empowerment Event. Please do allow time to peruse the portraits and interviews afterwards!
