Women's Emotional Resilience Circle

This is a small, in-person women’s circle designed to offer space to slow down, reflect, and build emotional resilience in a supportive community.

This circle is ideal for women who:

• Feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or emotionally stretched
• Want practical tools for managing stress and overthinking
• Are working on boundaries, self-worth, or confidence
• Crave calm connection with like-minded women
• Want growth in a gentle, grounded way

No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to show up as you are.

What to Expect Each Week (90 minutes)

• Gentle grounding or mindfulness practice
• A weekly theme with practical tools (emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust, etc.)
• Guided journaling or reflection prompts
• Facilitated group discussion (sharing is always optional)
• A calm closing with take-home insights

Group size is intentionally limited to 8–10 women to create safety, depth, and trust.
