Artistic Sourdough Scoring- Los Angeles (Calabasas)

Join The Sourdough Mama for an afternoon full of artistic sourdough scoring magic as you create a beautiful daffodil flower sourdough design to take home and bake. During our time together, you will learn the fundamental principles of sourdough scoring and discover tips to improve your skills. Each participant will learn how to shape and bake the daffodil flower cup centerpiece and then score their very own sourdough flower loaf to take home and bake. Participants will also receive The Sourdough Mama’s Artistic Scoring Ebook and gain access to The Sourdough Mama Facebook group. Lite bites along with rose & refreshments will be served- cheers!

Please note: You will want to plan to bake your dough shortly after the class and will need oven access. The venue is a private residence located near The Commons at Calabasas- exact location will be emailed to participants a week before the class takes place.
