Nowadays, we hear so much about the phenomenon of the wounded inner child, inner child therapies and other different methods to heal it?
But do we really need months or years of therapy to heal that wounded inner child inside of us?
What if we just need to see how deep is the wound, cleanse it and fill it up with light?
What if we just need to acknowledge that pain?
What if it is enough to be in the right environment with the right people in the right time to heal that wound?
What if we find that safe space, where we can finally open up ourselves to truly see that little girl,
and hug her with kindness, acceptance and love?
This Women's Circle will be about Healing that Little Girl inside of us, who got abandoned, neglected, hurt or betrayed in the past.

With over 400 hours of Yoga Alliance-certified training, my Journey through Thailand and the Himalayan Mountains has deeply Shaped my Practice and Teachings. I am Blessed to Receive Guidance through Intuitive Feelings and I am Gifted with Universal Knowledge. The Energy I Channel through my Intuition has helped many people to remove their Emotional, Spiritual and Mental blockages.
