On the mat Yin yoga invites you to let go — long deep stretches stillness breath release.
And then… the sound bath begins.
Tibetan bowls. Koshi chimes. Crystal bowls. Angelic harp. Rainstick. Ocean dub. Subtle electronic frequencies weaving through.
Each Friday a new combination a new journey — always live always unique.
