Women's Circle

Come connect to yourself and community as we gather in a loving, brave space for release, growth, and expression.

This Women’s Circle invites you to soften into presence and nurture the sacred feminine within through pranayama (breathwork), meditation, journaling, and gentle movement. Together, we create space to release limitations, reclaim inner wisdom, and rise into the powerful, creative force you have always been.

We provide all necessary props—yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets—but you’re welcome to bring anything that supports your comfort and personal practice.

This event is offered at no cost as part of our commitment to community well-being.
