Laguna Beach Yoga is excited to offer another Women's Circle - Ceremony | Soundbath | Art | Meditation | Community event! Join us for an afternoon of connection and empowerment at Laguna Beach Yoga + Fair Trade.

Immerse yourself in a heart-opening cacao ceremony and sacred waters meditation to honor the feminine spirit, heart-centered expansion and plant medicine connection. Once our heart is opened, we will gather to create gratitude mala bracelets hand-crafted by YOU and guided by your intiution. Unleash your creativity and find inner peace through art. Once we've shared cacao and art together, you will have the chance to practice breathwork to prepare the body and mind to experience a soothing Alchemy soundbath. The soundbath journey will assit you to relax your mind and body, balance your nervous system, and find inner peace. We will collectively invite in intention, gratitude, energy shifts + release, and connect with divine source to explore your subconsicous through vibrations of different sound healing instruments. We will sit, breathe, release and recieve in the beautiful energy of coming together.
