Tea Ceremony

Cha Dao is living life in a harmonious way with nature, respecting the lineage, slowing down when sitting for tea, meditating with tea, recognizing the chi exchange as well as the sacred mystery that every bowl of tea offers.

In zen philosophy, tea is the teacher of the heart, and invites one to connect with their own truth. A place of self acceptance and self-love.

The way of tea as the way of living has been a beautiful part of my own journey the last 4 years and I’m honored to share this ancient practice with my community.

During our time together, we will share 4 bowls of tea in silence easing us into a gentle meditation as the tea connects us to nature, community and ourselves. Tea meets us exactly where we are and gives us exactly what is needed.

Each ceremony is completely unique and deeply moving. Limited to 5 to keep the intimate nature of the practice flowing.

Amy Thorson, Nativ Healing

Amy Thorson is a heart-centered intuitive, reiki master teacher, and alchemy sound healer. She has always been a highly sensitive empath with a strong inner pull to help others. After burnout from a very successful yet stressful 20+ year marketing + branding career, Amy turned to Reiki and other divine healing modalities to help her find true alignment, empowerment, and freedom in all aspects of her life.

Amy is grateful to use her true calling to create sacred space for healing, and to empower others to find their own light within. Amy offers private 1:1 and group intuitive healing sessions and sound baths, tea ceremonies, reiki trainings, mentorships + retreats.
