Doors open at 6pm. Please arrive on time as the session with start promptly at 6:15pm.
IMPORTANT INFO: Wear comfy, cosy layers for the sound bath and warm socks. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy or very close to there due date. It is also not suitable for anyone with a pace maker/defibrillator fitted or metal plates/pins in the body; who have severe mental health issues; have epilepsy or who are intoxicated.
