(see the FAQs below for more info). You'll be taught by 200-hour certified yoga teacher, Mon. She'll explain everything step by step, so you'll be in safe hands.
π§ Charcuterie board (nom, nom, nom)
For this edition of yoga nom, you'll be feasting on a variety of gourmet nibbles including different cheeses, dips, crackers, cold cuts, and other yummy food. We only source high-quality food for our platters, and they're lovingly put together by Mon.
π¬ Guided discussion about ADHD
While you're enjoying the charcuterie board, we'll be connecting as a group in a guided discussion. For this yoga nom, we'll be discussing the theme: rest and recovery. It seems we're all so depleted, and it's only the beginning of the year. Let's discuss how we're all feeling, and share our insights and tips.
Monica will offer talking prompts and help to guide the discussion based on each unique group.
You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. yoga nom is all about creating a safe space for all attendees (our 'nommers').

What is πyoga nomπ?
yoga nom is an event that combines yoga, yummy food, friend-making, and giving back. You're welcome to share as much or as little as you want.
