Connect in Nature ~ April 2026

Join me for a soul-nourishing morning to reflect and connect into yourself in the beautiful surrounds of Fawkner Park.

Guided meditation, reflective journalling, group Reiki energy healing, and connection with other like minded souls. Come alone or with a friend, no experience necessary, all welcome.

Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on, and a journal/notebook and pen. Please also bring water to stay hydrated.

Expect to leave feeling nurtured, supported and empowered.

No prior experience is needed, and women of all ages and life stages are invited to join.

Your time and energy are valuable, and dedicating time to yourself to connect in nature will allow you to feel nurtured, supported and empowered.

We will be meeting at the Toorak Road side of the park - near the tram stop Walsh Street/Toorak Road.
