Her Arena is taking movement outside with the launch of Women Who Move: Sunset After Hours — a new experience created for women to connect, move, and choose themselves in a welcoming community space.

Join us for an evening of movement, music, and connection as we come together under the sunset for a workout experience designed for every woman — no matter your fitness level or experience.

This is more than a workout. It’s a space to build confidence, meet new women, reset your mind, and leave feeling stronger than when you arrived.
