Women Walking the City at Night

🌙 Women walking, the city, at night — EDINBURGH 📍 Haymarket Station 🗓️ Saturday 26 September 2026 🕘 Meet at 20:15h · we start walking at 20:30h

We will start walking following the path of the Moon. Women who would like to join us along the way are welcome, and whoever wants to leave the walk can do so at any time. The walk will end when there are four women left walking or when the group decides to stop.

We recommend bringing comfortable shoes, some water, and a snack if you think you might need it.

This project does not aim to reinforce a binary vision of gender. If your body, your history, or your experience resonates with this proposal, you are welcome!

After the walk, do not hesitate to send me an audio, written, or video message -whatever you want - about your experience, sensations, memories or reflections that you may have had and want to share.

This walk is part of an international event designed by Eleanore Ozanne. It will be led by Tamsin Grainger and Dawn Oei, both Edinburgh residents, who have followed the moon with women all over the world in previous years.
